The object
Mostly last names and house numbers. Occasionally something a lot funnier that I'm not going to repeat here. Birch ply rather than solid stock, on purpose — a solid board this wide will cup on an exterior wall within a season, and plywood won't.

Process
Engraved, sealed twice, and hung on a keyhole slot routed into the back so it sits flush against the wall instead of tilting off a nail.

Care instructions
Fine under a covered porch. Not fine in direct weather — sealed plywood is water resistant, not waterproof, and I'd rather you know the difference before you hang it.
